What you'll do
Day to day activities within this role include managing case queues in a timely manner and utilising systems such as Turnitin and Digital Forensics, providing clear guidance and support to students throughout the process. You will also be required to support efforts for continuous improvement and team development during your time in this role.

What will help you succeed
To thrive in this position, it is essential you hold a tertiary level qualification with subsequent work experience in a service delivery environment, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Exceptional time-management skills will be imperative in this role, as well as:
- The ability to deliver high-quality service in a busy administrative or case-management environment.
- Demonstrated excellent technical aptitude and a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology systems and platforms, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery in a dynamic environment.
