At Swinburne University of Technology, our privately owned and authorised Pearson VUE Test Centre plays a vital role in helping people achieve their dreams. Based at our vibrant Hawthorn campus, the centre delivers high-stakes Pearson Test of English (PTE) exams to candidates seeking opportunities to study, work or migrate to English-speaking countries around the world.

About the Role
As a Test Centre Administrator & Invigilator, you’ll be the trusted face of the PTE centre. You will:
- Administer and invigilate high-stakes, computer-based language examinations
- Ensure strict compliance with quality, security and identity verification protocols
- Create a calm, professional and welcoming environment for candidates
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every touchpoint
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the centre’s reputation and brand experience

About You
You’re detail-oriented, calm under pressure and thrive in structured environments. You understand the importance of confidentiality and integrity, especially when managing secure testing processes. Most importantly, you genuinely care about delivering a seamless and supportive experience for every candidate.
Qualifications
- Pearson VUE certified with the ability to pass re-certification
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
OR
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) including the following units:
- TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills or its successor, OR
- TAELLN401A Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills
AND
- TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools or its successor, OR
- TAEASS502A Design and develop assessment tools OR
- TAEASS502B Design and develop assessment tools
