Academic Tutor

Position Summary

The position(s) duties include tutoring student-athletes for the Academic Support Program for Student-Athletes in various subject areas. Tutoring will occur in one-on-one and group situations.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Management Preferences

• Comprehensive knowledge base in a discipline of interest with the ability to articulate material in ways that creates an optimal learning environment
• Interpersonal skills necessary to relate to students in both individual and group situations.
