Knowledge of FERPA, ADA, ADAAA, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and Federal and State disability related laws Demonstrated skill in maintaining confidentiality and working with sensitive issues Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Knowledge of various computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and database management Physical Requirements of the Job: Requires occasionally transporting such articles as file boxes and office equipment (i.e., chairs) or heavier materials with help from others, and/or transporting light objects frequently. The position may require frequent movement throughout the building(s). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
