The Student Growth & Engagement Division sits within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Growth & Global) portfolio and plays a pivotal role in supporting the University of Wollongong’s commitment to delivering an exceptional, globally oriented student experience. We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative and operational support across the Division. In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of activities including financial administration, coordination of the casual workforce, asset management, recruitment support, and general administrative services for multiple teams. You will be a key point of contact for staff, students and external stakeholders, ensuring inquiries are managed efficiently and professionally. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is committed to delivering high quality service that supports the smooth functioning of a busy division.
