"Assistant Director for Academic Initiatives and Experiential Learning"

The Assistant Director for Academic Initiatives and Experiential Learning is a full-time, twelve-month, exempt position reporting to the Director for Residence Life. The Assistant Director for Academic Initiatives and Experiential Learning works closely with other professionals in the administration and management of a comprehensive housing and residence life program that serves 5700+ on-campus students. This position has the responsibility for general administration oversight and management of, that includes but is not limited to, academic initiatives, Faculty In-Residence, Living Learning Communities (LLCs), Theme/Special interest Housing, large scale Residential programs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with concentration in College Student Personnel, Higher Education Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
• A minimum of four years of full-time experience working in Housing and Residential Programs (Residence Life).
