  • Cultivate relationships with young alumni to understand their needs, interests, and concerns.
  • Recruit, train and steward recent graduates and students for volunteer opportunities (e.g. HCAA Board of Directors, Regional Club leaders, Class Chairs, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Alumni Office colleagues and the Alumni Association Board of Directors on a broad range of alumni affinity, career development, and lifelong learning opportunities (e.g. HCAA GOLD+2 committee); partner with College departments, faculty, and staff to leverage resources in support of young alumni initiatives.
  • Track engagement metrics and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of engagement efforts.
  • Partner, as appropriate, with Advancement colleagues to help drive and increase young alumni and student engagement activity that aligns with divisional philanthropic priorities (e.g. Giving Day, Philanthropy Day, etc.).
  • Assist with Reunion Weekend planning and execution.
