Job Summary:
The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is searching for an Assistant Professor to join the Spine group at the Longmont – Professional Lane location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spine, Interventional Pain and MSK clinic & procedures at Longmont PM&R location
- Participate in Department academic activities including faculty meetings
Work Location:
Onsite – this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Longmont, CO.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- MD or DO
- Board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fellowship Training in Pain Medicine or Spine/MSK
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
- Proven ability to care for patients with high complexity, both medically and psychosocially
- Leadership ability and commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion
