Skills/Qualifications
- A proven research record documented by publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals and/or scholarly monographs in the field of economics and related disciplines, particularly in the areas of labour market studies, sustainable development, or social policy.
- Experience in the implementation and management of national and international projects funded by the European Union and/or national funding schemes.
- Experience in cooperation with socio-economic stakeholders, particularly public administration, business enterprises, and non-governmental organisations.
- Ability to independently plan and organise research and teaching activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and to develop national and international academic collaborations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital tools commonly used in academic research and teaching.
- A Design Thinking Facilitator/Moderator Certificate or an equivalent qualification demonstrating competence in creative problem-solving methodologies and group facilitation.
- Additional training and/or certificates in higher education pedagogy, active learning methodologies, or innovative teaching methods.
- Experience in designing innovative teaching methods and applying creative learning approaches in higher education.
- Experience in preparing expert opinions, analytical reports, and policy papers for public administration and institutions responsible for the implementation of public policies.
- Experience in delivering training programmes, workshops, and facilitation processes for representatives of the business sector, public administration, and non-governmental organisations.
Specific Requirements
- A Master's degree in History and/or Economics.
- Completion of a doctoral school or doctoral studies in the discipline of Economics and Finance.
- At least two years of experience in teaching at the university level and/or delivering training programmes for adult learners.
- A certificate confirming completion of a pedagogical training programme (teacher training qualification).
- Experience in conducting scientific research and implementing research and applied research projects.
- Knowledge of economic history, history of economic thought, corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainable development, and creative problem-solving methodologies.
- Native or near-native proficiency in spoken and written Polish.
- Proficiency in English at an advanced level.

Selection process
