Associate Director, Cyber Security and Identity
- Shape and deliver the University's cyber strategy while guiding a high-performing team in a values-led environment
- Work closely with senior leaders, technical teams, and external partners to embed security across the University
- Play a key role in protecting the digital future of higher education
The role
- Full Time, Continuing
- Level 10 - $142,137 to $150,720 p.a. (plus 17% superannuation)
- Any Charles Sturt University regional campus (preferred)
About you
You are a confident and collaborative cybersecurity leader with a proven ability to drive strategic impact in complex enterprise environments. Youll bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering secure, scalable solutions.- Seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise-level cybersecurity
- Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing budgets, and overseeing complex security programs
- Deep understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM) highly regarded
