The role
- Full Time, Fixed Term (up to 5 years)
- Senior remuneration package starting from $206,852 p.a. (inclusive of superannuation)
- Any Charles Sturt University campus (on-site)
Charles Sturt University is seeking a visionary and dynamic leader to join our Division of Information Technology as Director, Service Delivery. This is a pivotal senior leadership role driving the modernisation of our Information Communication Technology (ICT) services and shaping a customer-focused, service-oriented operating model that supports the University's strategic goals.
As Director, Service Delivery, you'll lead the evolution of our web, applications, and integration platforms, driving innovation in user experience, learning technologies, and CRM systems. We're looking for a passionate leader to join us on one of our vibrant regional campuses. Our core teams are based in Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, and Wagga Wagga, offering a collaborative and community-focused environment where your contribution will make a real impact. Other campus locations will be reviewed upon request.
About you
You are a strategic thinker and experienced ICT leader with a proven track record in:
- Leading large-scale service delivery teams in complex environments
- Driving digital transformation and customer-centric service models
- Managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships effectively
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and navigating change with confidence
- Applying ITIL and other service management frameworks to improve performance and accountability
