Pro Vice-Chancellor, AU Online and Learning Futures
At this unique moment in South Australia’s history, Adelaide University seeks its inaugural Pro Vice-Chancellor, AU Online and Learning Futures to drive and implement a sector-leading strategy for the university’s online education and non-award education programs. Working collaboratively across the university and its stakeholder partners, the PVC will drive the creation of innovative student-centred online programs as well as driving strategic partnerships with industry, government and community stakeholders. They will also have oversight of governance and operational delivering in ensuring effective and efficient delivery of programs whilst maintaining high academic quality and student success.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated academic leadership in online learning and curriculum innovation in leading program design, delivery and reviews in a similar complex, multi-stakeholder environment. This role requires a commercially astute, entrepreneurial leader with a strong growth mindset and the ability to build and scale a successful business. Demonstrating a high degree of emotional intelligence, the PVC must possess strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
