Job Description
- Full-time, Ongoing position at HEW Level 7
- Parramatta South campus, with flexible working arrangements
- Salary: $104,953 – $113,204 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.
Ensure effective portfolio execution and strategic value delivery by driving benefits realisation and governance across the University’s projects and programs.
The Opportunity
Play a pivotal role in supporting the University’s strategy by developing and monitoring benefits realisation plans, aligning with governance frameworks, and supporting continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with project teams, provide expert advice, and ensure that benefits are tracked, measured, and reported to drive successful outcomes and value for the University.
What Success Looks Like:
- Develop and monitor benefits realisation plans for programs and projects
- Align benefits management with governance frameworks and strategic objectives
- Track, measure, and report on benefits to ensure value delivery
- Support continuous improvement and best practice in benefits management
- Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams and stakeholders

About You
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in benefits realisation, governance, or project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience developing and implementing benefits management frameworks
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a complex environment
