Job Description

• Full-time, Ongoing position at HEW Level 9
• Parramatta South campus, with flexible working arrangements
• Salary: $134,981 – $144,149 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading. 

Lead the delivery of strategic projects and programs of work across the University, both domestically and internationally. Drive innovation, transformation, and continuous improvement aligned with institutional priorities.

The Opportunity

Take charge of complex, high-impact projects that shape the future of the University. You’ll manage project lifecycles, coordinate resources, and engage with diverse stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. Your work will directly influence strategic direction, operational excellence, and the University’s reputation for innovation.

What Success Looks Like:

• Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the project management community
• Lead and manage the delivery, strategy, and communication of strategic projects
• Develop project documentation, including high-quality papers and presentations for senior leadership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including academic leaders, professional staff, and external partners
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

• Extensive experience in project management, ideally within a large, complex organisation
• Proven ability to lead strategic projects and drive transformation initiatives
