St. Catherine University and the School of Nursing invites applications for a full-time Clinical and Fieldwork Compliance Supervisor position.

The Clinical and Fieldwork Compliance Supervisor supports the mission of the University by overseeing shared administrative services for the Clinical and Fieldwork Compliance Team, prioritizing, and managing projects and resources that impact overall clinical compliance performance.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervises team members in accordance with University policies and practices and in collaboration with the Dean of Nursing.
  • Establishes and maintains workflows and quality improvement processes for the Clinical and Fieldwork Compliance Office (CFCO). Oversee daily operations in CFCO.
  • Works to assist in the maintenance of confidential records compliance documents.
  • Serve as liaison between CFCO team and School of Health and School of Nursing deans, leaders, and faculty.
  • Initiates and coordinates communication and collaboration with SoN and HSSHS leaders/faculty related to compliance and contracting needs and operations.
  • Conduct routine meetings with CFCO staff to coordinate and collaborate on CFCO work and operations.
  • Promote the professional development of CFCO team members by conducting annual performance reviews and new staff member orientation and mentoring.
  • Monitor immunization records and other clinical clearance requirements for designated academic programs.
  • Communicate clinical requirements, deadlines, and next steps to students in a clear and timely manner.
  • Review and verify student documentation, including immunization and TB records, background studies, and other required compliance materials
  • Certify completion of student compliance files and assist with the resolution of outstanding or renewal items
  • Adhere to institutional policies and procedures consistent with Clinical Education standards
  • Manage and protect sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA and FERPA regulation

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant administrative experience
  • Three years of program management, office experience, or supporting those in executive leadership
  • Experience with project management
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of multiple programs, including Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Publisher, Canvas)
  • Data analysis
  • Effective organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with executive administrative staff
  • Experience working in an academic setting
  • Experience working with contracts, partnerships and compliance
  • Budget management, forecasting and finance

Compensation: The salary range is $47,132-$51,500 depending on qualifications and experience.

The salary range listed reflects a good-faith estimate of what we reasonably anticipate to pay for this position, based on market data and internal equity, at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
