College of Nursing Lecturer Faculty Opening
Position Overview
The College of Nursing seeks a lecturer to assist with supervision of students in clinical, classroom and/or laboratory setting. Faculty assignments may include: supervises student patient care delivery; assesses and evaluates skill development; teaches and evaluates nursing technique in the classroom and laboratory setting; holds seminars; maintains records; provides reports; prepares and delivers didactic lecturers; evaluates student learning; updates teaching materials as necessary.
FTE, supervisor, and job duties may vary.
Education and Experience Requirements
Required: Master's degree required; Doctoral degree or current enrollment in doctoral program preferred; Ohio RN license required for applicants who are nurses; Ohio APRN license required for those who are advanced practice registered nurses; two years of recent experience in related discipline required.
Desired: Experience in education preferred.
