Primary Purpose
Duties and responsibilities as presented are intended to be representative and not restrictive. The District reserves the right to modify the assignment and allocation of duties in accordance with operational needs.
Minimum Qualifications
Any Bachelor’s degree or higher AND two (2) years of professional experience directly related to the teaching assignment.
OR
Any Associate degree AND six (6) years of professional experience directly related to the teaching assignment.
OR
Possess a valid California teaching credential authorizing service in a community college in the appropriate subject matter area.
OR
the equivalent. Equivalent qualifications may include related education, training, employment and professional experience that would be equal to the required degree(s) and experience in this field as determined by the District Equivalency Committee.

Desirable Qualifications
Experience in networks, network security and/or Cisco systems.
Possess relevant Computer Information Systems industry certificates.
Commitment to examine, reflect, and modify instructional, relational, and classroom practices in order to effectively engage and support disproportionately impacted student populations with the goal of closing equity gaps.
Salary Range
$1572.67 - $1725.85 per lecture unit rate, $1572.67 - $1725.85 per lab parity unit rate, $1258.16 - $1380.60 per lab unit rate
