"Computer Science Faculty Positions, Cornell University, Ithaca NY"

We welcome applications from all areas of computer science and closely related disciplines. While this broad search is aimed at identifying exceptional candidates across the field, particular emphasis will be placed on applicants with expertise in Systems, Artificial Intelligence--especially in Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models, and AI for Science--as well as in applied Programming Languages and formal methods.

Tenured and tenure-track faculty must hold the equivalent of a Ph.D. Applicants must have demonstrated an ability to conduct outstanding research. Successful candidates are expected to pursue an active research program, to teach graduate and undergraduate courses, and to supervise graduate students.

Salary Range: $83,200 - $357,300

The salary range reflects an aggregate of qualifications and disciplines across Cornell University. Actual salary offers in Bowers will be based on education, experience, discipline, and relevant skills.
