    • Apply consistent formatting to PowerPoints, handouts, and digital learning materials using established templates and style guides.
    • Ensure visual consistency, readability, and alignment with instructional design expectations.
    • Prepare materials for final review, production, and distribution.
  4. Support Timely Content Development for Course Requests
    • Respond to curriculum needs by drafting, revising, or preparing content within established timelines.
    • Adapt existing materials or create new content to meet program updates, partner requirements, or emerging initiatives.
    • Ensure all content is accurate, instructionally sound, and aligned with project milestones.
  5. Maintain Organized Course Files and Version Control
    • Label, store, and manage course documents in shared systems to support collaboration and accessibility.
    • Maintain version control and documentation throughout the development process.
