"Curriculum Specialist"

This position assists with curriculum development and design of training materials. Researches course design and methodologies. Assists in preparing content for courses, conferences, and other events.

• Researches and assists/revises curriculum development and design
• Assists customers in promotional materials, design of courses, program content, and methodologies
• Tracks curricula in all steps of development, revision, release, and promotion
• Attends and supports all cases with the SME partner's functional areas, including Academy and any large learning events, and, by taking the core and functional certification assessments
• Continuous review for all functional areas to help ensure the quality of learning in CSS (curricula, Quest, CE, InfoNet, DHS website, etc.)

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field.

Required Experience: None.

Equivalency Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
