Carroll College invites applications for the Didactic Program Coordinator. This position serves as the primary administrative support for the Physician Assistant (PA) Program’s classroom phase. This position ensures the smooth delivery of a rigorous graduate medical curriculum by managing complex academic scheduling, overseeing Learning Management System (LMS) operations, and maintaining the detailed data and documentation required for ARC‑PA accreditation.
The successful candidate is a proactive, solutions‑oriented professional who excels at balancing high‑level project coordination with the precise administrative support needed by faculty and students. This is an opportunity to play a central role in shaping an exceptional educational experience for future healthcare providers.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in related field plus 2 years’ experience in academic coordination, health professions education, or complex project management. Prior experience with ARC-PA or other health-related accreditation bodies; experience in a medical or clinical education setting preferred.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. For this position, Carroll College will not sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas classifications.
