As Executive Assistant to the Dean of Arts, you'll play a pivotal role in the faculty’s success. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and professionalism whilst working closely with a distinguished academic leader. Your expertise will be crucial in managing the Dean's busy schedule, handling sensitive communications, and fostering positive relationships across the University and beyond.

  • Provide High-Level Executive Support: Manage the Dean's diary, correspondence, and daily activities, exercising discretion and foresight to ensure smooth operations.
  • Facilitate Effective Communication: Act as the primary interface between the Dean and key stakeholders, responding to queries and disseminating information accurately.
  • Manage Administrative Processes: Arrange travel, process expenses, and maintain efficient record-keeping systems, including confidential digital platforms.
  • Contribute to Team Success: Collaborate on team projects, implement process improvements, and provide backup support as needed within the Office of the Dean.
