About the role:
Operating within Facilities Management Brisbane, the Facility Services Officer will deliver multi-skilled general duties to the campus that focuses on streamlined customer service excellence by facilities staff who are knowledgeable, flexible and hospitable. The position has a broad range of responsibilities including a combination of general handyman tasks, building maintenance and repair services, logistic support and some administrational duties that will meet the needs of the wider campus community. The Facility Services Officer is a flexible operating role that is highly client focused and requires excellent communication skills, strong self-motivation and sound knowledge in how an efficient and effective facilities management department should operate.

What we offer:

- Total remuneration valued to $91,228 - $98,686 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $77,089 - $83,391 (pro rata) pa (HEW 4), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
