Position Requirements

• Perform a wide range of tradesman assistance tasks under direction from a qualified tradesman and basic maintenance and servicing to tools and equipment such as mowers, whipper snippers and irrigation repairs.
• Maintaining campus grounds to ensure they remain clean, tidy and presentable.
• Ability to perform a broad range of general services, including furniture relocations, cleaning fleet vehicles, physical setup of special events/functions and basic grounds maintenance tasks as directed.
• Ability to work in compliance with Workplace Health and Safety regulations.
• Capability to perform effectively both alone and in a team environment.
