The FAMU-FSU College of Engineering is pleased to announce the acceptance of qualified applications for the Computer Technician (OPS) position.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent, responsive service to our college customers (faculty, staff and students) when they contact our office (walk in or call in). Handle simple technical issues and assist more senior teammates with various projects, including personal computer and classroom technology support.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalency and some experience with customer service roles and supporting personal computers. Good basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. Commitment to providing excellent customer service. Good communications skills. Prepared to work well in a team-oriented environment.
