Human Resources Administrative Specialist

What You’ll Do
- Keep the department running seamlessly by anticipating needs and resolving issues before they escalate
- Manage compensation-related intake through ServiceNow and departmental inboxes
- Support annual compensation planning processes and related initiatives
- Organize and maintain documentation to support audits, compliance, and tracking
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, materials, and logistics for leadership and project teams
- Process vendor invoices and track departmental budgets
- Maintain HR intranet content and support policy and process implementation
- Lead and support projects while serving as backup to other HR administrative specialists
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in HR or a related environment
- Strong technology literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Exceptional attention to detail, judgment, and organizational skills
- A proactive mindset with a bias toward action, curiosity, and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across diverse teams
