Instructor, MSW Program
Seattle University's Master of Social Work program invites applications for a term faculty Instructor position for AY 2025-2026 starting September 2025. This is a single year appointment. The Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) classifies the MSW program as campus-based and all classes are taught in person.
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for teaching and supervising MSW students. Social work faculty teach across both BSW and MSW programs and the candidate may teach BSW classes as needed. The candidate will provide service, such as attending program meetings/events, participating in the program's assessment cycle, and advising students.
Candidates with a doctorate or an ABD in Social Work are preferred. Candidates with an MSW degree will be considered.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $68,000 base salary depending on experience and qualifications at hire. Seattle University provides generous leave, health plans, and retirement contributions that add to your total compensation package.
