About the role:

Operating within Future Students, the Marketing Business Partner provides a key connection between the central ACU Marketing function and an assigned Faculty Professional Services Hub, either Law & Business or Health Sciences, to support emerging needs and University objectives. The Marketing Business Partner is a strategic partner who works collaboratively with the faculty to deliver tactical responses, strategic expertise and advice to successfully provide brand management, awareness, profile raising, marketing plans, business and partnerships development, promotional activities and student recruitment efforts. The position is required to have a deep understanding of the faculty they are supporting and the suite of marketing activities and processes in order to appropriately advocate the priorities, challenges and opportunities. They will develop marketing and recruitment plans to define their key markets, identify challenges and opportunities, and recommend a program of activity that meets priorities and future enrolment load targets. The Marketing Business Partner will ensure the prompt response of queries and identify issues, trends and opportunities to recommend business, product and marketing innovation.

• Total remuneration valued to $138,111 - $154,409 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $116,706 - $130,478 (pro rata) pa (HEW 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
• 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
• Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
