Office Associate II
Job Description
The University of Alabama at Birmingham Temporary Services is seeking temporary Office Associate II to provide comprehensive administrative.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support.
- Monitor email and other communications regularly to ensure timely dissemination of information to appropriate parties.
- Prepare and process Oracle requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with authorized guidelines.
- Prepare and submit HSF reimbursement requests.
- Ensure faculty memberships and professional society affiliations remain current and in good standing.
- Maintain and update faculty Curriculum Vitae (CVs).
- Coordinate the sending and receiving of packages as needed. Receive, review, and prioritize incoming mail.
- Manage office supplies and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Track orders, purchases, and supply distribution.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED and five (5) years of related experience required.
Hourly Rate: $19.00
