Job Description:

Fitchburg State University is seeking adjunct faculty members to teach Business Administration online accelerated programs. Opportunities for teaching in up to six terms per year, with competitive salaries available for qualified candidates.

Business Administration (Accounting, Healthcare, Human Resources Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain concentrations)

The Online/Accelerated Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program is designed to prepare leaders in business and in administration. It seeks to develop decision makers with strong analytical skills who are socially responsible, sensitive to cultural diversity and are aware of the global environment in which business leaders operate.

Requirements:

Applicants for adjunct positions to teach online/accelerated programs should have strong experience teaching at the university level, experience teaching in a totally online environment, and should be prepared to lead engaging and interactive online courses in a 7-week accelerated model.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's Degree in the area of study required (a terminal degree preferred).
• A minimum of three years teaching experience at the university level desired.
• Strong educational technology experience and skills required.
• A commitment to student success, providing a high- quality learning environment within a diverse community.
