About the role:

Operating within Legal, Assurance and Governance Directorate, the Operations Manager provides operational, governance and financial support across the functions to ensure efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance and sound budget stewardship. Reporting to the General Counsel & Director - Governance, the Operations Manager manages processes, systems and stakeholder relationships with a proactive, detail-aware and solutions-focused approach and plays a critical role contributing to the University's strategic delivery, compliance management and risk outcomes.

• Total remuneration valued to $138,111 - $154,409 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $116,706 - $130,478 (pro rata) pa (HEW 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
• 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
• Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
