Montgomery County Community College invites applications for the Part-time Administrative Support Secretary position. The Part-time Administrative Support Secretary will report directly to the Manager, Wellness Center. Responsibilities will include providing administrative/secretarial support to the Program Manager and staff. Additionally, this position will be responsible for maintaining accurate student files and records, collecting data for reporting purposes, and providing general clerical and administrative support for the successful functioning of the ACT 101 program. Works independently on many work activities, should be reliable, have an interactive personality and committed to always maintaining confidentiality. Evening, Saturday and weekend hours as needed with travel between Blue Bell and Pottstown campuses for events.

This position is contingent upon grant funding. The ACT 101 grant expires on June 31, 2026, with potential for renewal.
This position has been approved for a flexible work option arrangement. Flexible work options can be ended at any time by the College, Cabinet, and/or supervisors based on employee performance and/or as institutional needs change.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education/Training/Work Experience:
- High School diploma or GED required with 2 years work related experience required OR
- Associate’s degree may be preferred in a scientific discipline.
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Excellent communication, both written and oral
2. Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of specific software or process
- Customer service experience
3. Additional Information Required:
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to use some discretion and judgment
- Ability to work within a team-oriented setting
