"Part-Time Testing Proctor"

North Idaho College is seeking a detail-oriented and student-focused Part-Time Test Proctor to support the Testing Center and ensure a professional, secure, and welcoming testing environment. In this role, you will assist with preparing and organizing testing materials, monitoring reservations, and proctoring exams in a courteous and efficient manner. You’ll provide students with clear instructions to follow testing procedures, maintain accurate records, and ensure all testing sessions are handled with integrity and confidentiality. Additionally, you may provide accommodations for students with disabilities and help support equitable access for all test-takers.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills who can communicate effectively with a diverse range of students, faculty, and staff. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to stay on task with minimal supervision are essential. Proficiency with computers and standard office equipment, along with the ability to manage data and procedures accurately, will help you succeed in this role.

Minimum Qualifications: An Associate’s degree and a minimum of one-year full-time related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience are required. Strong attention to detail, ability to direct groups of students effectively through precise testing procedures, and a positive approach to customer service is required.

Starting pay range: $16.30 - $18.74

Work Site Location: Coeur d' Alene Campus

Work Schedule: Tues - Thurs 12-4pm, Fri 9:30-1:30 (16 hrs/wk), schedule follows the school year w/ summers and holidays off
