Pell and OVR Coordinator
The Pell and OVR Coordinator resolves Pell discrepancies, reviews citizenship statuses, processes OVR forms, processes athletic scholarships and serves as the second line of intake for student and family e-mails and phone calls.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior minimum two years of experience working in a financial aid office or a related area in higher education
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated experience working with students and parents via phones, e-mails and in-person
- Experience working in a college student information system (e.g. Banner, Peoplesoft, etc.)
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Banner student information system
- Prior experience working in US Dept of Education platforms (COD, NSLDS)
- Experience with Pell grants and citizenship eligibility for Title IV aid
