Major/Essential Functions
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations of the Pediatric Residency Program in compliance with ACGME and institutional requirements.
- Serve as the primary administrative liaison between residents, faculty, program leadership, and GME office.
- Support resident recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate resident files, schedules, evaluations, and program data within ACGME and institutional systems.
- Assist with accreditation activities, including preparation for ACGME reviews, annual program updates, and documentation audits.
- Coordinate educational conferences, meetings, and program events, including scheduling, materials, and attendance tracking.
- Support leadership with reporting, data tracking, and administrative tasks.
- Performs related duties, projects, and tasks as necessary to support the team.

Occasional after-hours or weekend availability may be required during key program activities such as interviews, orientation, or special events.

Required Qualifications
- High school
- Six (6) years experience in related field. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
