Job Overview
The Program Manager is responsible for the financial and administrative operations of the SFS Undergraduate Program and supports the Vice Dean and Director in the management of the budget and student programs. The Program Manager is also responsible for BSFS event planning and communications management, and provides general support to the Vice Dean, the Director, and other senior staff.
Work Interactions
This position reports to the SFS Vice Dean for Undergraduate Affairs and works closely with faculty and other members of the BSFS team and the SFS Dean's Office.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of related program and budget management experience, preferably in higher education, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service are essential
- Must demonstrate a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Event management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in technologies related to the duties of the position, including budgeting, social media and marketing
- Must develop proficiency in the Workday Financials system

Pay Range:
The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $44,022.00 - $73,406.80
Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
