Location
Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.
Job Summary
Ensure compliance of enrollment records by performing a variety of complex administrative tasks in the Office of the Registrar. May specialize in an area of expertise, such as lawful presence verification, tuition classification, immunization, and other enrollment record requirements. Counsel students and academic advisors on campus regarding federal, state, USG, and KSU policies. Analyze student documents and update student records as appropriate. Regularly execute and analyze compliance reports related to specialty. Regularly executes the GRITS process to import student immunization records to Banner. Administers registration holds on student accounts.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Subject matter expert on assigned specialty in the Office of the Registrar including tuition classification, lawful presence verification, immunization, etc.
2. Analyzes, interprets, researches, and evaluates documentation submitted to ensure compliance of enrollment records to federal, state, USG, and KSU policies.
3. Update student records in Banner to notate changes to the compliance of their record requirements including cost of tuition.
4. Approve and apply out-of-state tuition waivers and petitions to change tuition classification.
5. Counsels and provides guidance to students, parents, advisors, and other campus constituents across campus on various registrar policies and procedures.
6. Send mass emails to students regarding their enrollment record.
7. Executes weekly, monthly, and semester-based student data audit reports related to compliance initiatives, interprets results, delivers analysis, and needed resolutions to Assistant Registrar.
8. Executes the GRITS process to accurately import immunization records from GRITS to Banner.
9. Administer registration holds and hold exemptions on student accounts.
10. Collaborate with leadership to identify and mitigate compliance issues to resolve them in a timely manner.
11. Assists with testing, designing and executing test plans, recording and documenting results to ensure compliance with state and institutional standards.
12. Assists with immunizations, lawful presence verification, tuition classification and enrollment verification processes.
13. May assist with National Student Clearinghouse processes as needed.
14. Assists Registrar Leadership with other various duties.
15. Assist with training new and current employees as needed.
16. Assist with graduation ceremonies.
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Associate's degree from an institution of higher education or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Required Experience
One (1) year relevant experience

Bilingual
Preferred Educational Qualifications
An undergraduate or advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in enrollment management at an accredited institution of higher education

Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e., Microsoft Office suite, Banner, Salesforce, Sunapsis, Automic, OnBase, etc.)

Background Check
