This role is hybrid with on-site expectations in Ann Arbor, MI 3 days per week. Domestic and international travel is required. You may work on-call hours. The Ross School of Business One-Year Master's Programs Office manages a dynamic portfolio of professional Master's degree programs that develop highly trained, marketable graduates. Current programs include the top-ranked Master of Accounting, Master of Business Analytics, Master of Management, and Master of Supply Chain Management. - Planning/Strategic Planning
- Develop and evaluate recruitment and retention strategies aligned with school and/or institutional goals.
- Monitor enrollment trends to inform planning, projections, and short- and long-term strategic goals.
- Adjust recruitment plans regularly to respond to market trends, program goals, and the competitive landscape.
- Recruitment
- Plan and execute recruitment activities to attract diverse and high-quality applicants.
- Coordinate and participate in outreach events such as fairs, information sessions, webinars, and campus tours.
- Implement initiatives to support student retention by addressing engagement factors.
- Provide guidance to team members to ensure consistency in recruitment approaches across programs.
- Marketing/Outreach
- Create marketing plans and targeted communication strategies to increase program visibility and convey key information.
- Manage digital outreach efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and CRM content.
- Serve as the communications manager with expertise in CRM email content creation, data integration, and delivery management.
- Develop promotional materials aligned with brand standards and school messaging.
- Relationship Management
- Build relationships with prospective students, alumni, academic advisors, and partners.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to create pathways and enhance applicant pipelines.
- Serve as a primary contact for prospective students, offering guidance on educational planning and program specifics.
- Application Review/Admissions
- Participate in the admissions process, including application review, evaluation, and selection criteria.
- Analyze applicant trends to refine processes and support program demand insights.
Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in program, project, or event management, including planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships and communication channels with diverse groups and partners at various organizational levels, both internal and external.
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing logistics for academic programming, activities, and events. Experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences, including senior-level partners and external partners. Experience planning and managing budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring alignment with program goals.
- Advanced knowledge in Google docs, sheets and slides and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint plus other database, email and calendar-keeping software and technologies is required.
- Experience with CRM email management.
- Experience with campus recruiting

Salary Information: The posting range for this position is $58,300 to 71,900. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range. Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
