RTS V
Position Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a RTS V within the Oral Biology Department at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (RSDM). Under the direction of the Principal Investigator, the RTS V will perform experiments involving bacterial biofilm formation, bacterial pathogenesis, and molecular biology.
Key Duties:
- Performing laboratory experiments, utilizing standard techniques in microbiology and molecular biology.
- Assisting with experimentation and data analysis.
- Maintaining accurate records of experimentation and research and preparing reports. Reviewing selected literature relevant to research activities.
- Assisting in the maintenance of laboratory facilities, instruments, and supplies.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor degree in biology, molecular biology, microbiology, or a related discipline.

Physical Demands and Work Environment: Walk from the lab bench to the office. Lab work, office work.
Salary: A maximum of $56,500 is budgeted for this position
