Position Summary
CEB is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist, Family Law Solutions to drive strategic growth in one of California’s most impactful legal practice areas. In this hybrid role, you will combine consultative sales expertise with product and operational knowledge to lead outreach for Attorneys’ Briefcase and other key family law offerings. You will serve as a subject matter expert, engage directly with legal professionals, represent CEB at industry events, and help shape the future of our family law solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B sales experience, a passion for legal innovation, and the ability to support both customers and internal teams through complex product and subscription transitions. Salary & Compensation

Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. Qualifications
- Sales Experience 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience. Background in legal market preferred. (Required)
- Technical/Customer Support Experience with SaaS or subscription-based services, technical troubleshooting, and customer support. (Preferred)
- Product Knowledge Understanding of legal content and workflow solutions, particularly in family law. (Preferred)
- Proven solutions selling expertise (Required)
- Strong product demonstration skills (Required)
- Effective communication and customer engagement skills (Required)
- Salesforce (or CRM) proficiency (Required)
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills (Required)
- Ability to train, coach, and lead a small team (Required)
- Ability to work remotely and travel as needed (Required)
Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal Affiliations
Bachelor's Degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training (Required)
