Job Description:

• Be part of a dynamic and flexible team that adapts quickly to operational needs and delivers high quality administrative services to support operation teams.
• Deliver efficient, professional support that contributes to UWA’s strategic objectives.
• Part-time (0.8 FTE) appointment on an ongoing basis.
• Base salary range: $83,212 – $92,231 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

About the area

College Services provides academic administration and technical support services to the University’s schools, including Heads of School, academic staff and research students. The team is committed to providing effective and efficient services in support of the Schools’ and University’s strategic objectives, with a focus on continuous improvement and best practice. The Schools Operations team provides academic support services and general administrative support to the University’s Schools.

About the opportunity

• Provides broad administrative support across UWA schools, including teaching programs, research student onboarding, and specialised program support.
• Works flexibly within the Agile Support Team to respond to changing demands, cover peak periods, and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Collaborates with various school and teaching operations teams, handling enquiries, coordinating meetings/events, and maintaining records.

About you

• Considerable relevant administrative experience at an appropriate level.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email.
• Year 12 or equivalent competency.
