  • Remuneration: $122,852 to $134,385 pa (HEW7) (inclusive of $103,811 to $113,557 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)
  • Location: Kelvin Grove (hybrid option available)

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Senior Coordinator, Enterprise Technology to join Digital Business Solutions, Administrative Division.

The Senior Coordinator, Enterprise Technology will work in a small team environment to provide management and coordination of a range of vendor contracts and managed services supporting end-user computing, printing and software lifecycle management. The position will support the Team Leader, Enterprise Technology in providing operational leadership over the provision of these services, will monitor and measure service quality, and will contribute to the development of future strategy and planning. The role will work across teams to ensure services are consistent, continuously improving, well documented and articulated both within the function and outwardly to the QUT Community. The position works closely with team leaders and staff to ensure process, knowledge management, standards, and work practice are aligned to departmental and enterprise expectations. The role will establish and maintain good practice through business process mapping, data analysis, facilitation of workshops, and establishment of meeting and review cadence. The position will work with LETS leaders to ensure reporting and associated data is available and leveraged. The role is critical to driving business efficiencies and value ensuring that resources, partnerships and vendors are managed and engaged effectively. This position reports to the Team Leader, Enterprise Services for career planning, development, and performance expectations.

What you need to succeed

  1. Education, training and/or experience equivalent to completion of a Bachelor’s degree in an IT or related field with subsequent experience in software lifecycle management.  
  2. Proven interpersonal and customer service skills with demonstrated experience in communicating complex issues clearly and confidently in various formats at all levels within the organisation.  
  3. Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, across technical teams as well as externally with vendors. 
  4. Demonstrated track record in effectively analysing complex problems, building business cases and translating these into initiatives and projects that deliver value for clients.  
  5. Demonstrated organisational skills, including time management and the ability to successfully prioritise, work under pressure and produce high quality work within tight time commitments.  
  6. Demonstrated high level experience in implementing continuous improvement in service delivery environment.  
  7. 7.  Demonstrated experience managing complex vendor and contract arrangements, developing partner relationships and seamless service delivery.
