Specialist III, Enrollment Services
The purpose of this position is to provide oversight for the student registration process.
High School diploma/GED and five years full time or Associate's Degree and three years full time experience working in a Registrar's Office, Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Accounts or a lead customer service position. Experience working in Higher Education required, preferably at a Community College. Knowledge and experience working with Student Information Systems, preferably Banner.
Position to be based on either the Dundalk or Essex Campus.
Hours: Mon/Tues 8:30-4:30 or 9-5 Wed/Thurs 8:30- 4:30 or 11-7 Friday 8:30-4:30
Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.

- Oversee the registration process.
- Train temporary staff and work study students in the registration procedures and related registration activities.
- Create and maintain daily staff schedule for office staff.
- Problem solve, troubleshoot and address student concerns; research student and staff registration problems.
