About the Role:

This position supports the Business Manager of the Industry and Community Hub and closely collaborates with the Global Mobility and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) teams. Its primary focus is to implement and support initiatives aimed at enhancing the student experience within the Faculty of Business and Law.

The incumbent will assist in the administration, support, and coordination of activities that promote Global Experiences and WIL opportunities for students. This includes, but is not limited to, providing support for study tours, semester exchanges, short courses, internships, and Business Clinics. Additionally, the role involves working with internal and external stakeholders and partners, including international mobility partners, to maintain and strengthen mutually beneficial relationships with students and graduates, ultimately enhancing the student experience in the Faculty of Business and Law.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administer and support strategic initiatives to enhance the Faculty of Business and Law’s Global Mobility and WIL student experiences.
  • Engage students to promote and support Global Mobility and WIL opportunities, fostering strong relationships with current students and graduates.
  • Develop resources to benefit students and highlight unique WIL opportunities, including mobility programs.
  • Work collaboratively, and independently when required, on projects with internal and external partners.
  • Liaise with University staff, students, alumni, and other stakeholders.
  • Support the coordination of international study experiences, partner visits, and related activities to ensure smooth planning and delivery.
  • Assist with WIL initiatives, including industry internships and business clinics.
  • Provide student administrative support and referral services to facilitate seamless mobility between institutions and industry placements.
  • Support Faculty and University events and information sessions for prospective and current students.
  • Undertake a broad range of administrative and organisational tasks across Global Mobility and WIL programs, liaising with stakeholders as needed.
  • Implement and evaluate student programs and activities, ensuring accurate data capture using CRM and other database systems.
  • Contribute to promotional efforts to increase student participation in Global Mobility and WIL experiences.
  • Perform other tasks consistent with the responsibilities and accountabilities outlined above.

Role Requirements:

  1. As this is a fixed-term contract, you will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role
