SUPPLY STORE COORDINATOR, Clinical Affairs - Administration

• Participate in the Sale of dental supplies to students and residents by means of cash check or credit card. Ensure ordered items to be delivered to departments and/or dispensaries are intact and obtain appropriate sign-off prior to leaving department.
• Communicate with vendors to secure best price and quality of supplies and equipment and ensure proper stock is maintained within the store at all times.
• Help with distribution of Dental Instrument kits to incoming students and residents and verify quantities received to packing slips.
• Act on the behalf of the supply store manager in his/her absence for the day-to-day operation of the supply store. Update him/her on activities performed and issues encountered during absence.

Required Skills

• Vocational/Technical Training required and 3-5 years of experience.
• Provide supply store services to students, department and the Dental Health Centers at GSDM and at 930 Commonwealth Avenue through ordering and delivering of needed supplies. Coordinate and perform the annual tracking of inventory within supply store.
