The School of Graduate Research and Research Culture (SGRRC) sits within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) portfolio and plays a central role in supporting UOW’s research excellence. As the University’s hub for Higher Degree Research (HDR) candidature management, research integrity, ethics and compliance, the School provides end‑to‑end support across the entire HDR journey—from initial inquiry through to graduation and career transition. Operating within a globally recognised, research‑intensive institution, the SGRRC ensures consistent governance, high‑quality service delivery and a strong research culture that upholds UOW’s reputation for academic rigour and integrity.

The Administrator, Ethics, Integrity & Compliance provides essential administrative and operational support to the team responsible for overseeing UOW’s research governance frameworks. This role supports committee coordination, manages office processes, maintains compliance records and assists with training, outreach and reporting activities. Working closely with Advisors and the Manager, the position offers valuable exposure to ethics and compliance operations and contributes to the smooth delivery of services that underpin responsible research conduct. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented and proactive administrator seeking to develop skills and experience within the research governance environment.
