Assistant Professor of Business(emphasis in management and marketing)

Starting January 2026

Brescia University seeks full-time faculty members whose teaching philosophy aligns with our mission and who are passionate about high quality teaching, student mentorship, and inclusive learning environments. This position will contribute to both undergraduate and graduate instruction.

Other responsibilities include:

• Academic advising,
• Serving on university committees,
• Participating in ongoing professional development and
• Serving the community

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. or other terminal degree in Business; experience and a concentration in management and/or marketing preferred
• Evidence of excellence in undergraduate teaching and commitment to student-centered learning preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to community engagement, academic advising, and collegial service.
