As the Communications & Marketing Advisor, Social at the University of Melbourne, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing social media strategies that enhance the institution's global reputation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage Social Media Channels: Support the moderation and growth of university social media platforms to enhance brand reputation.
- Create Engaging Content: Produce and distribute innovative, shareable content across social media channels.
- Provide Expert Advice: Offer support and training on social media strategy, operation, and reporting across the university.
- Drive Strategic Planning: Collaborate on content calendar planning, production, and publishing for divisional groups.
You may be a great fit if: You are a digital communications professional with strong experience in social media strategy, excellent content creation skills, and a passion for driving engagement in a complex higher education environment.
You may also: Have a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field. Demonstrate successful delivery of social media initiatives in large, complex organisations. Show strong experience in social media content development and copywriting. Exhibit a proven track record in delivering exceptional client service.
