"Customized Training - CDL Instructor"

Riverland Community College welcomes applications for the intermittent, non-credit, part-time position of Customized Training Instructor - CDL.

Job Description: Under limited supervision, this position provides behind-the-wheel instruction and noncredit program oversight. No classroom instruction required.

Salary Range: TBD based on experience

Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old. Have a valid driver's license for the class of motor vehicle for which the applicant will provide instruction. High school diploma or equivalent. Proof of completion of an approved commercial driver training program.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience providing instruction and guiding students with on-site and behind-the-wheel skills attainment. Computer skills sufficient to conduct timesheet and basic student data entry. Bilingual/multilingual fluent in Spanish, Karen, Karenni, Somali, Pohnpeian, French, Nuer, Anuak, or other languages that reflect our student body, workforce, and communities. Demonstrated experience working with multicultural and underserved populations.
