Degree Plan Evaluator I, II, or III
Job Description:
The Degree Plan Evaluator I supports the graduate degree audit process by reviewing and maintaining student academic records and assisting with basic evaluations of degree plans. This position focuses on learning institutional policies, degree requirements, and systems used to track graduate student progress. The Degree Plan Evaluator I provides routine support to students, faculty, and staff and contributes to the accuracy and integrity of graduate records under established guidelines and supervision.

- Salary Grade: 8
- Salary Range: $42,000-$44,000
The Degree Plan Evaluator II independently evaluates graduate degree plans to ensure academic requirements are accurately documented and met. This position applies working knowledge of institutional and program-specific requirements and serves as a resource for students, faculty, and staff. The Degree Plan Evaluator II contributes to process improvement, supports training efforts, and assists with resolving moderately complex degree plan issues to support timely graduation.

- Salary Range: $46,000-$48,000
The Degree Plan Evaluator III independently evaluates graduate degree plans to certify that all academic requirements have been fully documented and met for graduation. This role exercises advanced knowledge of institutional and program-specific policies and plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of the graduate degree audit process. The Degree Plan Evaluator III leads efforts to streamline audit workflows, manages complex records, and collaborates closely with faculty and administrative partners to support graduate student success and timely degree completion.
